This is the core of our work: Once the target is defined and the initial situation is clear EDUCATION EXPERT NETWORK can start working.
In order to keep our key prinicple "transparancy" it is important to make the steps of our work visible.
Plan
Based on the results of the quick scan and the analysis from the preparation phase, we develop a detailed plan for the implementation.
Presentation
We present this plan to all members involved in the project. Possible adjustments will be discussed and included.
Recommendation
Finally you get a detailed recommendation for implementation. And after approval we are also prepared to take responsibility for the implementation .
